If you have opted for the delivery and assembly service please make a note of any damage to the furniture on the delivery schedule before you sign it. This will help Izziwotnot to sort out replacement parts swiftly.
If you have chosen not to opt for the assembly service please check the boxes when the furniture is delivered and make a not of any damage on the delivery schedule before you sign it. Kids Shopping recommend that you unpack the furniture as soon as possible after delivery, when it is convenient for you to do so, and check that all the pieces and parts are included and that there is no damage. PROBLEMS, FAULTS and MISSING PARTS
Izziwotnot will replace faulty goods free of charge.
If you need to send the furniture back for a refund you will need to arrange with Izziwotnot for them to collect the goods. Once they have received the goods back at their premises we will then issue the refund to you.
